At age 22 Ricky found the love of his life here in San Diego, and wedding bells soon followed. Ricky's wife is a property manager of a Real Estate company and is the mother of his three children.

After moving to San Diego, Ricky found work with a sign supply company. In this type of work, he soon found the the importance of treating customers with pride and respect. He is able to take all the experience he obtained from these other jobs and apply it to his new business.

After 7 years for the supplier, Ricky went on to work for another 3 1/2 years at a sign shop and gained even more experience. There he was able to work in the field as well as in the shop.
